Making legamat

We are Borashabaa

Our group is Severine, Nada, Gerard, Adele, Scouse, Josephine, Laura, Ilham, Koja, Aisha, Maria, Rachel, Nawal, Chris, Joel and many friends.

We like to speak English very well and to cook food. One week we made legamat. Legamat are like doughnuts.

Ingredients

Flour

water

salt

honey

yeast

oil

sugar - two small spoons

How to make

1. Big bowl

2. Mix flour and salt

3. Warm water with yeast , sugar in a cup

4. add yeast mixture to flour

5. maybe add more water

6. Make a batter

How to cook

1. heat oil very hot

2. take small piece of batter

3. fry until gold colour
